Method
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion to golden for some minutes.
Add the ham cut into thin slices and cook for 5 minutes.
In a bowl whisk the egg with the black pepper, cream and Parmesan cheese.
Warm up 2 liters of water to boil, then add rock salt (2 tablespoons) and set the pasta.
Drain the pasta al dente, keeping the cooking water and pour it to a bowl.
Add the mixed egg and quickly whisk adding some cooking water to make it creamier.
